At Run Fit NYC, our staff believe that running can be both physically and mentally rewarding.
Our runners learn to become runners by properly educating themselves through the following principles:

-hydration and nutrition
-proper foot care and correct running form                   
-stretching and cross-training
-visualization and imagery
-proper goal setting
-responsibility and communication

Some want to meet a PR (personal record).
Others want to be held accountable.
Many need the discipline and structure of a schedule.
