The majority of our contact is done via the internet, but it depends on your location. If you are in the NYC area, it is recommended that we meet, evaluate your current fitness level and discuss your goals.  However, we are sympathetic to your time. If you prefer to independently share your information online or over a telephone conversation, we can assure you of your upmost privacy.

Although running is your primary focus, we address your training through a physical and mental process.  Cross training is highly encouraged and incorporated into your weekly training program.  A series of stretching exercises are stressed and running therapy is encouraged through a process of imagery. By learning to connect your physical efforts with your mental challenges, you will grow both physically and emotionally.


Monthly Package for Run Fit NYC Runners

  • Once-per-week phone contact with your Run Fit NYC coach.
  • Unlimited e-mail feedback with your Run Fit NYC coach.
  • Fitness online assessment outlining your individualized training.
  • Specific online workouts for each given day of the week.
  • Specific recommended races in the area to keep you motivated.
  • Constant evaluations of your current fitness level to hold you accountable.
  • Stretching information and race strategies.
  • Recommended cross-training advice to supplement running.
  • Hydration and Fueling advice.

Run Fit NYC package $160 p/month.


(One on one with your coach): 1 hour track speed workout and intense hill-training intervals are an additional $65 p/hour.**


(Initial 2 hour- One on One coaching Assessment/Evaluation):  outdoor maximum heart rate test, runner's personalized cross training workout and assessment of your overall running form- $120.00.


Blood Lactate Threshold Test for Optimal Running Performance: $150. 


A one time-personalized 16 week cross training and individualized running program provided within 24 hours of your Run Fit NYC registration: $160.


**Physical coach support during long runs available.
